Contractor pre-qualification and validation
Contractor businesses are required to self-manage their information and employee details in SecurePass. You can view and approve the documents and evidence they provide. When a contractor signs in, SecurePass™ protects your business by checking if your requirements are met: approved contractors' pre-qualifications (licences and certificates), insurance, induction and contract are validated during the sign-in process.
Contractor verification
Contractors using the SecurePass for Contractors app are required to follow a simple first-time contractor registration procedure and set up their 4-digit pin code which must be used when signing in to a site, via geofence or QR code
Scan my ID card
For additional security, use the SecurePass for Contractors app to capture ID photographs as part of the contractor registration process. You then have the option to issue a printed or virtual ID card that can be used to sign-in and out on an iPad kiosk.

Automated sign-in and out supports you to track contractor time and attendance. SecurePass™ helps you cross-check contractor hours with advanced filtering and search capabilities.

You can download and print QR codes from SecurePass™ and display them at your entrance or exit points to allow visitors to securely sign-in and out from their phone. You can also have the QR code visible on the kiosk’s front screen.
Emergency shake notification
The SecurePass for Contractors app provides an emergency shake notification feature. Contractors can send distress signals to designated company administrators within seconds by simply shaking their phones. This action prompts a message asking to confirm an emergency situation.
Custom-branded self-check-in kiosks
SecurePass™ provides a professional and customised experience with branded self-check-in kiosks. An organisation can easily set up their logo and branding on the sign-in screen, creating a seamless and polished experience for visitors. Our user-friendly kiosks allow visitors to sign themselves in efficiently without the need for staff, freeing up time and resources.
